Regardless of the welding procedures employed or the nature of tube and pipe testing applications, we have solutions to meet your requirements to the hilt. Products can be tested inline for identification of all weld seam flaws, which provides immediate test results and process feedback, or offline after production is complete. Our systems reliably find defects in a variety of applications, including inner and outer seam faults in double-wall brazed tube, weld seam holes on lines with annealing units, and small body defects in seamless, compound, and sheathed tubing.

Our inspection systems can be installed inline on most mills for both sector and full-body evaluation. We have worked and installed our systems on a variety of International as well as Indian tube mill manufacturers.

Complete systems can include magnetization and demagnetization, warning horns and lights, defect markers, and configurations for a variety of control inputs and outputs (line movement and material feed signals, sorting class outputs, etc.
