System Retrofittals

NDTT is in a position to provide System Retrofittals / Revivals / Upgrades for NDT systems that you may have in your plants. Such services are useful in situations where you may not have active support from the original system supplier or when the system is old & needs modernization or when the system is completely non-working or when you are hardpressed to save costs of investing in newer systems etc. We are able to provide electronic as well as mechanical upgrades depending upon the system condition.

Once a system is retrofitted or has undergone an upgrade procedure implemented by us, we offer, as a package from our service department, a scheduled, timely predictive and preventive maintenance service for upkeep and long life of the system. To a very large extent, we are also able to efficiently design, duplicate and manufacture mechanical parts and accessories which may be required in these systems from time to time.

Some of the many such instances include electronic revival and integration of an eddy current testing system in a drawing line setup, electronic revival of eddy current tube testing system in a tube making line, revival and upgrade of ultrasonic multiaxes immersion scanning systems etc.
